Financial Literacy for a quicker Financial Independence is an E+ project, aiming to improve the financial competences and economic knowledge for the successful and stable life of young people. It is a long-term investment into human capital.Financial literacy is the ability to understand and effectively apply various financial skills, regarding personal financial management, savings and loans, as well as investing.

We aim to improve the financial competences and economic knowledge for the successful and stable life of young people.- Why? In 2019 European Union recorded 3.3 million jobless/unemployed young people. Economic and social exclusion go hand in hand. 

Impact

FinLit is aiming to strengthen young people
to gain knowledge and skills on financial
literacy through the training programs and
e-learning activities. In order to achieve this,
the project and partner organizations will
support youngsters to develop their critical
thinking, self-assessment competences and
new different learning strategies. New
techniques and strategies will focus on
young people in order to understand
financial issues and improve their financial skills.

Innovation Hive is a private non-profit organization located in Greece, specialized in the fields of research and innovation. The European Outsourcing Institute Foundation was established in 2011. The main area of the foundation’s activity is the territory of Poland. However, the Foundation also works on an international level through partnerships in various types of training, international exchanges and other types of projects related to the objectives of the Foundation itself.The organization itself was founded with the aim of developing ideas and activities related to the sustainable development of the local economy and community.The main goal of the Foundation’s activities is achieved through operational goals and activities including:

– Activities supporting the development and cooperation of intercultural communities
– Education at all levels
At the beginning of its activity, the Foundation focused on activities aimed at the poor part of the local community.
